Boukje Koch (Msc) is the founder and director of Ask4Me Group. After setting up a factory with 1000+ staff members in Wuxi (China) she started her own design and engineering company in Guangzhou. Underneath her Mary Poppins appearance hides a top business leader. What others find a hard pill to swallow she regards a piece of cake. The topping can be either a westtern cherry or a chinese piece of dragon fruit. She will not take no for an answer while she guides her team into perfection. She studied at Delft University of Technology at the faculty of Design Engineering and by her education she is specialized in Design for Interaction.

Position: Senior Project Manager

Mariet Schreurs (Msc) takes care of the overall design implementation at Ask4Me Group. She is an experienced project manager for both Chinese and Western clients. Mariet uses her perfect row of white teeth to tear design problems into smaller bits that are easier to digest. Prior to Ask4Me Group she proved her innovative talents by inventing and realizing an award winning multimedia game for people with dementia. In 2007, she reviewed the relationship between Dutch product design and China. Mariet obtained her Master degree as Integrated Product Designer at Delft University of Technology.

Rundy Huang is our highly talented mechanical engineer. He can determine the composition of every plastic item with his human senses. At Ask4Me Group he is responsible for polymer constructions, engineering solutions, moulding and production.

Chi-Kit Chau (MSc) obtained his Master Degree as Interaction Designer at Delft University of Technology. Worked on projects for Philips and the European Commission before joining the Ask4Me team. Being raised in Holland and from Chinese descendent, he possesses both European and Asian mentality. At Ask4Me Group he is responsible for dedicated project management for Asian clients.

Esther Toet (MSc) obtained her Master Degree as Integrated Product Designer at Delft University of Technology and Philip Research. At Ask4Me Group she is responsible for dedicated project management for western clients.

Amon Shao is an award winning designer and was educated as an Interior Designer. At Ask4Me Group he creates clarity in creative clouds and colors the world as it should be. Besides his aesthetic powers he is known for his structured and precise way of work. He makes sure your product will not fail and that all details are taken care of.

Position: Office Manager

Nerissa is the most versatile office manager in the Guangdong area. She holds the national record for obtaining the highest number of accurate quotations per hour and ensures the Ask4Me Group office is running as fast as a tiger.

Position: Chief Representative Europe

Maarten Bekx (MSc) is Master of Science and Gentleman in Business Development. At Ask4Me Group he combines these strengths. His outgoing character makes him the starter motor of Ask4Me Group. Starting to work for Ask4Me in Guangzhou he is now Chief Representative of Ask4Me Group in Europe.
