Guangzhou, 9-11 December 2010

This year the Guangzhou Design Week had a Dutch pavilion for the first time. Ask4Me Group was asked to collaborate due to their long-time history with the Guangzhou Design Week (since the first edition in 2007) and reputation as active design stakeholder in Guangzhou. Ask4Me Group's work was on display in the pavilion, they held presentations and gave workshops. The Guangzhou design week of 2010 had more than 35.000 visitors. Ask4Me Group was responsible for the detailed design of the pavilion. 

The pavilion was part of a design mission organized by the Dutch consulate in Guangzhou and the DDFA (Dutch Design Fashion and Architecture). Within one month Ask4Me Group elaborated and communicated the design for Chinese construction methods, which made it possible to build the pavilion within just three days time.
